The City of Sanford Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration Steering Committee, Inc. proudly presents the 38th Annual Celebration and Memorial Observance. This year’s theme is “Men of the Movement: Charting A Path Forward.” We invite you to join us in celebrating the men who have been instrumental in driving forward the movements in Sanford.

 

As the centerpiece of our annual festivities, this event promises to be an unforgettable experience, gathering approximately 400 engaged attendees from diverse businesses and community organizations. Participants will be treated to a captivating keynote speaker who will inspire and motivate us to continue the work of fostering change. The evening will also feature live entertainment and a delicious meal, making it a wonderful opportunity to connect with others committed to honoring Dr. King's mission.
